Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
All orders are delivered within 7 days or less from the date of purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Delays
While we do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
